Privacy at Wavo Intelligence

Wavo.me Inc. ("Wavo") operates Wavo Intelligence. Wavo's privacy policy and terms of service apply to it, as to every Wavo product, and govern where this page differs from them. This page describes how Wavo Intelligence currently handles information. Last updated November 1, 2026.

What Wavo collects

Wavo collects information including:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address and profile picture, including from a service you sign in with.
  • Content: what you create or bring into a workspace, such as your chats with the agent, your tasks and your documents, and what the agent reads to answer you.
  • Billing information, such as your subscription and its status. Payment card details are collected and handled by Wavo's payment processor.
  • Usage information, such as the pages you open, what you click, errors, device and browser details, and recordings of your sessions. Wavo may record a visit whether or not you are signed in, and connect it to your account.
  • Technical information, such as your IP address, used for example to secure Wavo Intelligence and to prevent abuse.

How Wavo uses it

To provide, operate, maintain, secure and support Wavo Intelligence; to understand how it is used and to improve it and Wavo's other products, and to develop new ones; to process payments; to communicate with you about your account and the service; to enforce Wavo's terms and protect its rights, users and systems; and as the law permits or requires. Wavo and its service providers may review information, including the agent's requests and answers, for these purposes.

Who handles it for Wavo

Wavo uses service providers that process information on its behalf, for example for signing in, hosting and storage, AI models, payments, and analytics. AI model providers process the agent's requests under their own terms.

Wavo may also disclose information with your consent, where it believes the law, a court or an authority requires it, or to protect its rights, users and systems, and may transfer it in a merger, an acquisition or a sale of its business, as Wavo's privacy policy describes.

Cookies

Wavo Intelligence uses cookies and similar technologies, for example to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and measure how it is used, including through its analytics providers. Blocking them may stop parts of Wavo Intelligence from working.

Keeping and securing it

Wavo keeps information for as long as it needs it for the purposes above, or as the law requires or permits. It uses security measures intended to protect it, but no service is completely secure, and Wavo cannot guarantee that information will not be accessed, disclosed or lost. Wavo Intelligence is operated from Canada, and information may be processed in Canada, the United States and other countries where Wavo's service providers operate.

Requests and questions

To ask about the information Wavo holds about you, or to ask that it be corrected or deleted, write to info@wavo.me from the address you sign in with. Wavo handles requests as applicable law requires, and may need to verify who you are first. Wavo's address is on Contact.

Changes

Wavo may change this page at any time by posting a new version here. Using Wavo Intelligence after a change means you accept it.
